Compare parameters levels

You can use the HeatMap tool to compare levels of certain parameter between different samples. For example to answer the following questions: 
    • Which of my samples have Very High biodiversity?
    • Is there any disease risk present in all my samples?
    • Which of my parcels have problems in its Carbon Nutrition movement?

How to start using the heatmap tool

Selecting your samples

Before starting the analysis you need to select the samples you would like to compare. To do so, you need to select them from the sample library. 

Select the type of information 

Once you have the samples selected, you need to define with would be the dimension you would like to see. By clicking on the top bar:

Where: 

  • All: Display ALL the dimensions available for all the samples
  • Hlt: Display HEALTH STATUS variables. Like "Alternaria rot" or other diseases founded
  • Bio: Display BIOSUSTAINABILITY indexes. For example: Soil quality, biodiversity, functionality ...
  • Pb: Display BIOCONTROL PROMOTERS agents. For example: fungicide agents, insecticide agents ... 
  • Ps: Display STRESS ADAPTATORS & HORMONES indexes. For example: Auxin production (IAA)
  • C: Display CARBON related indexes. For example: Carbon fixation
  • NPK: Display indexes related with NITROGEN, PHOSPHORUS and POTASSIUM. For example: Inorganic nitrogen release, organic phosphorus assimilation or potassium solubilization
  • Nt: Display MICRONUTRIENTS indexes. For example, Zinc, manganese, sulfur...

Saving and downloading the information 

You can save and download the information by using the tab with the following icons:
