July 6, 2026 | New Export Formats for Pulling Points

• Products: BeCrop Farm
• What's New: You can now export Smart Sampling System pulling points in Shapefile (SHP) and GeoJSON formats, alongside the existing KML and CSV options.
• Why it matters: This provides broader compatibility with legacy agricultural software (like John Deere systems) and modern web-native workflows. The export also preserves the numeric PointID needed to seamlessly guide the sample extraction process in legacy systems.

July 3, 2026 | Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• Products: BeCrop Portal
• What's New: We’ve introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to provide enterprise-grade protection for your sensitive agronomic data.
• Why it matters: You can voluntarily enable MFA in your profile settings using your preferred authentication method (Authenticator app, SMS/Phone, or biometrics). Please note that MFA will become a mandatory security standard for all users by the end of the year.

June 24, 2026 | Farm & AgProducts List Navigation Redesign

• Products: BeCrop Farm & BeCrop Trials
• What's New: We’ve overhauled the navigation for Farms and AgProducts, introducing an expandable row layout. AgProducts is now a main navigation tab, allowing you to easily locate products and view their associated projects or trials directly underneath.
• Why it matters: The Farm List now features the same nested layout with new crop and status filters, drastically reducing the need to jump between separate views. We’ve also introduced GEOJSON format downloads for maps.

June 8, 2026 | New Healthiness & Nutritional Need Map Layers

• Products: BeCrop Farm
• What's New: Our Need Map Layers have been upgraded with a more precise formula for a better high-level overview.
• Why it matters: The Nutritional Needs layer now calculates risks based on combined Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium values. The Healthiness Needs layer merges all major disease risks into a single view. To make identifying problematic zones easier, we’ve added a progressive gradient scale (Mild to Extreme).

June 8, 2026 | Anonymized PDFs for Demo Creation

• Products: BeCrop Farm (Distributors)
• What's New: Distributors can now generate anonymized Farm and Field PDF reports directly from the Tabular Analytics view.
• Why it matters: This removes sensitive client data (such as names, addresses, and locations), enabling you to safely and quickly create demo resources for your sales processes or subclients.

April 23, 2026 | Smart Sampling System & Pricing Update

• Products: BeCrop Farm
• What's New: We’ve updated our Smart Sampling System to better support small and mid-sized operations.
• Why it matters: Farms up to 60 acres (25ha) or 180 acres (75ha) now benefit from tailored, lower-minimum sampling requirements and a more accessible flat-fee pricing structure. These changes are automatically applied when configuring a farm in the portal.

April 6, 2026 | Full Physicochemical (PhCh) Delivery in PDFs

• Products: BeCrop Plus
• What's New: BeCrop Plus (BC Test + PhCh) PDF reports now include an additional dedicated page that presents the complete suite of all purchased physicochemical test results.
• Why it matters: Previously, only a subset of these results was displayed. This update is retroactive, meaning any previously downloaded BeCrop+ PDFs will automatically include this new page when downloaded again.

April 6, 2026 | Pin Columns in Tabular View

• Products: BeCrop Farm
• What's New: You can now pin key metadata columns (such as Farm Name, Client, and Report Date) in the Tabular View.
• Why it matters: This feature keeps vital identifiers fixed in place while you scroll horizontally across 50+ metric results, drastically improving data comparison and analysis on smaller screens.

March 30, 2026 | New R&D Tab for Bioactivity Reports

• Products: BeCrop Portal
• What's New: Bioactivity reports have been relocated from the static "Downloads" section to a new, interactive R&D tab in the top bar.
• Why it matters: This provides a much more intuitive user experience. Distributors can now seamlessly view these reports, identify associated clients, and utilize new sharing options to transfer ownership to sub-clients.

March 30, 2026 | Distributor Sub-Client Filtering

• Products: All BeCrop Products (Distributors)
• What's New: Distributors managing multiple accounts now have access to a global sub-client dropdown filter.
• Why it matters: You no longer need to switch back and forth between different accounts. You can instantly filter and view projects, farms, analytics, and reports for specific sub-clients across all BeCrop products.

March 30, 2026 | Zipped File Uploads

• What's New: You can now upload multiple data files at once using a .zip file.
• Why it matters: The system automatically extracts and processes the zipped contents, supporting up to 60 files and 50 folders (at one level deep, max 360MB) to speed up your upload workflow.
